This Format Provider was created for some use cases of ScrewTurn which a solution was not found using either the default installation or any other plugin.
All I needed/wanted was to be able to have a quote (either somebody's email, code samples ..etc) stay under a bullet item and wrap. Neither the @@ or {{ provided me with this option.

Usage
Just wrap content within a {quote}{/quote} block.
Future Enhancements
I would like to get this provider to use style configuration, but for now the style to use is hard coded.
