This page explains how to use
Page Transclusion in
ScrewTurn Wiki.
1 - What is Transclusion?
Transclusion is the inclusion of part of a wiki document into another document by reference. ScrewTurn Wiki can do that with Pages and
Snippets.
2 - Using Transclusion
You can
transclude a whole Page into another just by using the following syntax:
FORMATTER ERROR (Transcluded inexistent page or this same page)
Where
PageToTransclude is the name of the Page that has to be included in the current.
3 - Example
The following code includes the
Main Page into this one:
This section of the wiki (also called a
namespace) contains all the user's documentation of
ScrewTurn Wiki 3.0.3.555. The vast majority of tasks you can perform with the wiki are self-explanatory, however they are briefly described in this section; complex topics have a more complete description.
- Refer to the subsections listed on the left for the main help topics
- Don't hesitate to use the search function
- If you'd like to ask a question or report a bug, please do so in our forum
- If you find an error in the documentation or you can't find the information you're looking for, please open a thread in our forum.
If you're looking for info on how to
create plugins and themes, please refer to the
Customize section.
Here is the result (the separation line is added using four hyphens, as described in the
Page Editing Help):
