It's written in C# .NET 2.0 and uses native Win32 APIs. Pixel Picker displays the color of the pixel under your mouse pointer, in RGB and HTML values. It's also able to pick the color from layered and semi-transparent windows.

It works on all editions of the following operating systems:
* Windows XP
* Windows Vista
* Windows 7
* Windows Server 2003
* Windows Server 2008

==Usage==
Using Pixel Picker is really simple. Launch it and just move the mouse near the pixel you want to pick; you may use the zoom view to select the pixel more accurately. Hit the ''space'' key to lock the color and stop the capture. Hit ''space'' again to restart the capture. When minimized, '''Pixel Picker''' displays the captured color on the ''taskbar'' (except in Windows 7).
